Letter From Our Free Ottawa Air Conditioner Winners!
Gail and I thought we had hit the jackpot when we decided to purchase our central air conditioner from Air Zone; Kyle provided ample information to help us choose and, in addition, offered good advice about some heating problems in our new home.
A few days later, Rami and Matt arrived and raised the bar even further. They installed our new Lennox air conditioner (perhaps guaranteeing that summer will not come this year?) in a most efficient and personable manner.
These early experiences with Air Zone prompted us to decide that we would ask the company to look after our furnace as well as the air conditioner Kyle had sold us.
Imagine our surprise when, notwithstanding our contentment with our choice of a heating and cooling company, we received a phone call from Kyle and it got even better. We had won the draw to select a customer who had bought a central air conditioning system from Air Zone in April.
(There goes one of my favourite lines: that I had been lucky only once, when Gail married me.) My bride of almost 46 years did not believe me at first when I told her about my latest conversation with Kyle. It was not a dream; he showed up the next day with a giant virgin cheque under his arm. He filled it out on our dining room table, inse we had paid for the air conditioner. He then used his digital camera's self-timer to take the photo now on the Air Zone website. And the cheque has now been deposited in our bank account, from where it will put to good use.
Following Kyle's most welcome visit, we remembered him mentioning the draw. In fact, I recall thinking that the draw itself would not be reason enough alone to pick Air Zone; however, all things being close to equal, the draw of an April buyer to get the air conditioner free would make it worth going with the company. So, much thanks for the welcome cheque and to all AirZoners with whom we have dealt. Cheers for now - and bring on summer!
